With the local real estate market in Southport showing signs of life, it’s time to catch up on what’s happening in Price’s Creek, a unique and colorful neighborhood just a bike ride away from Downtown Southport.

All of the unsold lots in Price’s Creek are now owned by a local bank and they are in the beginning stages of putting some lot/home packages together in the 300s. They will also be releasing a small number of lots that should hit the market sometime this Fall. Thanks to diligent efforts by the bank, the entrances and common areas have been spruced up, the pool and clubhouse have been completed and all signs are positive and moving forward.
In the mean time, here are a few pictures that I took over the summer that show just what a beautiful and unique community it really is. As a disclosure, I am a local Buyer’s Agent and have no official association with the Price’s Creek neighborhood, but I have loved it from the start and am excited again to see that it is once again a viable option for folks looking to buy in the Southport area.
