Price's Creek Model in Southport NC is Open!

pc_15The Summer Breeze model is officially a big hit! The Brunswick County Parade of Homes, held for 2 weekends each October, proved to be the perfect send off for Price's Creek's latest offering built by developer JMS Construction and Design.

She turned out beautifully and looks quite at home in Southport'scrofter_c oldest cottage neighborhood. At 319,000 this one's a true standout for quality and craftsmanship. An optional detached crofter with a one or two car garage is available.(see rendering) Call for details.

Price’s Creek – Southport NC Cottage Living

With the local real estate market in Southport showing signs of life, it’s time to catch up on what’s happening in Price’s Creek, a unique and colorful neighborhood just a bike ride away from .

The Brunswick County real estate market has picked up, and though there are still a few remaining  “ghost developments” sitting in limbo, the Cottages of Price’s Creek is now on solid ground with a real eye for the future. A renewed interest is burgeoning and visible, bringing the dreams of current and future owners peace of mind,  knowing that the vision of its original developer and architect is alive and well.

DSCF7837All of the unsold lots in Price’s Creek are now owned by a local builder and one new home is under construction.  The builder along with Southport Realty are busy putting lot/home packages together for around 300k. They have also released a small number of lots for sale starting at 29k. Starting next week there will be an on site sales office at the clubhouse. New signage is going up and the entrances and common areas have been spruced up, and the pool will be open soon. All signs are positive and moving forward. I am very excited to see this great neighborhood active again!
